Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Lacamas Creek Post Acute Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour
Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. If you’re looking for a great place to work where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients work toward individualized therapy goals
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Accurately document treatments and patient responses
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the care team
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
