• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state credential
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Comfort with adapting therapy plans to suit individual student needs
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ mobility, motor skills, and functional independence needs
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs and student progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy recommendations into the educational environment
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to promote physical development within school routines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
