Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients, promoting optimal recovery and functional independence. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy interventions aligned with patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure treatment continuity.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license.
• Possess experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing therapy plans.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
