Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care services within a clinical setting. The therapist will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes, ensuring quality care in alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and home care routines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Physical Therapy license.
• Possess experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient education abilities.
• Be able to work daytime shifts and adhere to facility policies.
