FacilityThis is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the community. The clinic proudly provides comprehensive, affordable, high-quality care to underserved populations, including migrant farm workers and Latino families, regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The facility uses EPIC EMR system and offers a team-based approach to patient care.
OpportunityAdvanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Details- Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
- Manage your own patient panel in a comprehensive primary care setting
- Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with support from certified bilingual Medical Assistants
- Clinic operational hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-8:00 PM;
Saturday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM - New graduates are welcome to apply (include clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations)
- Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
- $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available

- Required education:
Master's or Doctoral Degree (Nurse Practitioner) or Master's Degree/Bachelor's in Health Science with two-year PA training program (Physician Assistant)
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation ranges from $132,000 to $144,000 with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
