Job Description

This contract opportunity spans the academic year, with assignment dates from September 2, 2026 to June 15, 2027. Located near Lake Stevens, you'll serve Pre-K through 12th grade students across five schools, conveniently located on a single campus within a small district in Marysville.

Qualifications and Desired
Experience:
- Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for certification
- Experience supporting students with limited English proficiency and multicultural backgrounds preferred
- Knowledge of interdisciplinary education, public-school operations, and current best practices in PT
- Washington State driver's license (preferred)
- Proven understanding and application of evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' motor and physical development, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for IEP and/or 504 planning
- Develop and implement therapy schedules; deliver direct, indirect, and consultative PT services tailored to individual needs and assessments
- Document progress, participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and contribute expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
