Concierge

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time job in Washington? Our luxury hotel is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-incheck-out procedures
• Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants activities and events
• Handle guest requests promptly and effectively ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities services and local attractions
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements for guests
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area at all times

• Indian national currently residing in Washington or willing to relocate
• Available to work part-time hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Must have own valid visa or permit to work in the USA

• Competitive salary of $1700 per month
