As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a greater than 100-unit condominium resort while ensuring exceptional service for guests, property owners, and team members. (This role WILL REQUIRE weekend hours).

You'll provide leadership for:

• Housekeeping Operations
• Maintenance Operations
• Front Desk & Guest Services
• Daily Resort Operations

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting department managers and front desk staff
• Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations
• Managing work orders and preventative maintenance programs
• Ensuring guest rooms and resort facilities meet high-quality standards
• Supporting and monitoring contracted housekeeping services
• Coaching, training, and developing team members
• Utilizing the property management system to track operations and performance
• Solving operational challenges while maintaining outstanding guest service
• Creating a positive, professional, and productive work environment
• Collaborating with leadership to continually improve resort operations

We're searching for a positive, organized leader who enjoys motivating others and creating structure in a hospitality environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management leadership experience
• Experience supervising multiple departments or managers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computer systems and property management software
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, positive attitude with a servant-leadership mindset
• Available to work Fridays and Sundays year-round (other days offer scheduling flexibility)

• $30.00 per hour (approximately $66,500 annually)
