Black Diamond Camp offers a part-time, hourly internship designed for hands-on involvement with guests and behind-the-scenes operations. Interns shadow all camp departments, work with full-time staff, and participate in mentoring across ministries.
Attendance and schedule adherence are emphasized in this year-round program. Interns will shadow hospitality, guest services, operations, and administration, with opportunities to help during Lights of Christmas and other events.
