LHH is partnering with a nonprofit client to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator on a temporary, hybrid basis in the DMV area. You will support hiring initiatives, keep processes organized, and help create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers from application review through interview coordination, calendar management, candidate follow-up, and the preparation of hiring materials.
