  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Enhance the integration of offsite solutions with products into designs by leveraging technical expertise to inspire and guide design experts in the residential building industry
  • Educate and excite key stakeholders about new and existing innovations
  • Grow the use of offsite solutions by understanding technical and non-technical building challenges and providing input on solutions
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal departments to support the development of product solutions
  • Manage accounts and support complex customer needs while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 4+ years of customer relationship management experience required
  • 2+ years of Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry experience required
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications and the use of CRM applications such as Salesforce required
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Licensed Professional Engineer with any State Board is a plus
  • Experience in managing complex customer relationships within the building industry
