E-Logic is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect to support a critical enterprise modernization project for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). This position is dedicated to current-state architecture analysis, system inventory compilation, and future-state roadmap design within a diverse cloud/legacy framework.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate a complex federal ecosystem involving SharePoint Online, Azure, AWS-hosted Word Press, Dataverse, and custom .NET C# applications.
- Compile and deliver high-priority technical artifacts, including the System Inventory (Day 30) and the Architecture Baseline Report (Day 35).
- Design comprehensive, vendor-agnostic modernization strategies backed by a formal Analysis of Alternatives (AOA).
- Ensure all architectural recommendations strictly align with federal IT, cybersecurity, and records management regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years in Federal Enterprise Architecture/Modernization (Required).
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal modernization strategy, enterprise technical documentation, or IT advisory architecture.
