• Serve as key focal and subject matter expert for Apple operating systems and hardware for the Enterprise
• Deliver deep expertise in Apple MDM frameworks, including implementation/deployment at enterprise scale
• Provide technical strategy, roadmaps and standards for hardware and software acquisition for Apple products (macOS/iOS/iPadOS)
• Provide product management for computing hardware and accessories for the Mac platform, including vendor relations
• Review non‑standard justifications for client hardware and software
• Analyze, collect, and document feedback and improvements from the user community
• Document requirements and implement changes improving user experience while enabling the business
• Partner with enterprise functions to implement process and technical improvements
• Provide guidance, input and support to team members working to improve help desk knowledge base articles based on problem frequency and known resolutions
• Update and improve knowledge base articles based upon interactions with and feedback from end users
• Test feature releases and communicate with end users about release plans

• 10+ years of experience leading development and external deployment activities for digital products and offerings
• 5+ years of experience using, supporting and troubleshooting Apple devices
• 5+ years of experience in Apple’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) framework and in endpoint management (e.g., JAMF, Workspace One, Intune)
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and capturing user feedback and requirements
• 5+ years of experience with personal computing systems and product design
• Experience collaborating across multi‑functional teams

• Experience deploying Apple products in highly regulated industries
• Deep experience with third‑party applications for Apple platforms in enterprise settings
• Advanced knowledge of bash and python scripting
• macOS and iOS development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Summary pay range: $153,000 – $239,200.
