Vending Operative

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 0800 - 1200

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Vending Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining vending machines across a designated route, ensuring machines are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.

• Refill and replenish vending machines with food, drinks, and consumable products.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of vending equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and accurately record product usage.
• Responsible for accurate recording of weekly stock for all vending outlets.
• Ensure all vending machines are fully operational and report faults promptly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers at client sites.
• Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.

• Previous experience in vending, retail, catering, delivery, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload.
• Basic numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically able to lift and move stock as required.
• Valid UK Passport or Original Birth Certificate for vetting purposes.
