Hexcel is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Kent, WA location.

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross functional teams, partner with customers, and help drive high visibility initiatives that advance our mission and deliver meaningful value across the business.

Summary pay range: $115,842-$198,586 annual salary.

You will lead complex programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive program execution by developing integrated plans, managing timelines, and monitoring progress across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison
  , ensuring program expectations, technical issues, and milestones are clearly communicated and resolved.
• Lead change management processes
  , including evaluation, coordination, and approval of program modifications.
• Analyze program performance
  , including revenue forecasts, risk identification, mitigation planning, and regular status reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate cross functional activities for product qualification, customer interactions, and readiness for production launch.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; graduate coursework a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in program management or related roles supporting technical or production-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives and managing customer communications.
• Ability to interpret financial models, develop program strategies, and create structured project plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/MRP tools.
