What You'll Do- Lead and develop a frontline team of 15-20 drivers, providing day-to-day operational guidance and accountability
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, proactively identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee route execution and vending replenishment to ensure consistent service levels across all locations
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action to maintain performance standards
- Partner with the Distribution Manager to align frontline execution with broader operational goals
- Flex schedule as needed to support employees across early morning and morning shifts, including potential swing shift coverage

What You Bring- Proven experience in frontline or field operations management, ideally within vending, food service, or a related route-based environment
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Customer and client relationship orientation with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a varied schedule supporting union employees across multiple shifts
- Experience working within unionized environments preferred
- A growth mindset and interest in building a career within a global organization

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum Management
