Site Operations Manager – Client Relations & Compliance

Union Depot is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and administrative activities across multiple buildings in Kent, Washington. Responsibilities include managing supervisors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory and customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of janitorial equipment and OSHA regulations is preferred.

This role may require flexibility to meet urgent client requests.
