Compensation: $110K-$130K+ OTE

Our client is a leader in Mechanical, Fabrication, and Fire Protection Services. They offer an impressive array of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their construction management staff. This team prides itself on delivering projects on-time and on-budget.

This role offers the opportunity to work on unique projects within the mechanical construction field, with excellent opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining client relationships, responding to RFPs, providing budgeting and cost estimates
  • Managing projects where our client is the prime / GC or subcontractor
  • Overseeing work from inception to completion
  • Reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications for consistency and completeness
  • Identifying, estimating, and tracking change orders
  • Providing accurate cost projections to accounting
  • Communicating project's P&L information to executive leadership
  • Assisting in the preparation of project schedules
  • Updating and managing project data files
  • Processing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documents
  • Communicating with GCs, Design Team, and Owners
  • Working with warehouse/purchasing department to coordinate site setup and logistics
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of construction management-related experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business Management preferred
