Rental Operations Supervisor -- Kent, WA
Location: Kent, WA, Washington, US - United States
OverviewArjo’s Rental Service Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation. Working out of Arjo’s Kent facility, this operations leader will lead all aspects of Arjo’s Drivers/Field Reps who fulfill rental orders from local hospitals.
Responsibilities- Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo’s Service team.
- Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
- Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues.
- Active role in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers.
- Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience.
- 2+ years of Service Leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Able to travel overnight 25%.
- Total Cash – $75-90k base salary (DOE) plus performance bonus.
