Multi-Site Community Manager, Affordable Housing

A multifamily property management organization is seeking a Community Manager to oversee multiple housing communities in Kent, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, financial management, compliance with HUD regulations, and fostering a positive resident environment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in multifamily housing, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of property management software.

A valid driver's license is required, and flexibility to travel is necessary.
