We are looking for an Area Manager to oversee clinic locations in the Central Region including Federal Way, Kent, and a home base in Renton. The role supports high-performing teams and fosters collaboration among Area Managers.

The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of daily operations for multiple affiliated locations. Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining quality clinical and service experience, and handling operations, marketing, finance, HR, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Master’s degree preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in a professional or technical role (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Internal candidates may be considered if not meeting minimum qualifications
