Athletic Facilities Manager

Supplemental Contract for the  School Year

• This position reports directly to and is evaluated annually by the Athletic Director.
• Basic knowledge of rules of all sports played at KSD required.
• Site supervision for all home games in entirety.
• Final collection and safe storage of all cash boxes at the end of each event.
• The Facility Manager ensures that all facilities are set up and in a “ready to compete” condition prior to the event.
• Responsible for all aspects of facilities management for all middle school and high school athletic events during fall and winter seasons, and limited responsibilities during spring events.
• Supervision of 2-3 Saturday Tournaments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Appropriate experience with secondary students
• Availability to attend all required activities including weeknight and weekend events
• Desire to improve the program and work with secondary students.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• OSPI successful background check through the FBI and WSP within the past two years.

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, parents, community, staff and administration.
• Ability to plan and project future needs
• Ability to supervise students and spectators during events
• Ability to complete all assigned duties with professionalism
• Ability to take constructive criticism and set goals for improvement
