• The Branch Manager will work from our client’s Kent, WA location. This is an in-office position.

• Reporting to the District Operations Manager, the Plant Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to all areas of the branch to ensure growth and company goals are met.

• Accountable for the production costs, branch revenues and branch growth goals.
• Direct the activities to include any or all of the branch associates, including 25+ route drivers
• Train, coach and motivate route drivers to ensure customer satisfaction and associates safety.
• Maintain a positive, proactive working environment by developing an annual operating plan.
• Maintain production and inventory records.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable local, state, federal and company policies and procedures.

• HS or equivalent diploma required, BA/ BS Degree preferred
• 3+ years supervisory management experience in a distribution environment (B2B). Preferable food and/or beverage delivery and sales to retailers (stores, gas stations, etc.)
• Proven history of effectively managing, developing and training direct reports to support the company vision, goals and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of financials, financial analysis and Profit & Loss, at the Branch Manager level.
• Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision makers.
• Strong sales techniques, communications, negotiation and customer service skills.
• History that includes innovation and creativity in the workplace.
• Ability to meet and adhere to Company Driver Qualification Policy.
• CDL/Class B license preferred, not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Currently reside within a reasonable daily commute to the Branch in Kent, WA or willing to relocate.
