Rent-A-Center - th Avenue Southeast - Responsibilities:
Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities to drive revenue and growth;
Oversee accounts receivable / collections activities and provide leadership to ensure procedures are followed for collections;
Lead store operations to monitor profits, manage expenses, and safeguard assets including inventory, cash handling, and store security;
Recruit, train, and develop coworkers and manage scheduling to maximize retention and customer service quality;
Ensure compliance with company policies and deliver exceptional customer service
