Asian Family Market has served the Pacific Northwest Asian community for over a decade across four locations. We're looking for an experienced, people-first store manager to lead our Bellevue location — one of our highest-volume stores and the heart of our operation.

This role comes with real ownership. You'll run the full store: your team, your numbers, your culture. If you're a strong operator who leads with accountability and knows how to bring out the best in a team, we want to hear from you.

• Lead, develop, and schedule a team of approximately 80 employees across all departments
• Own store P&L — manage labor costs, shrinkage, and operational expenses to hit financial targets
• Set the tone for customer experience and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
• Partner with buyers and department leads to ensure product quality, presentation, and in-stock standards
• Maintain compliance with food safety, labor, and operational regulations
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff, vendors, and customers
• Report to and collaborate with senior leadership on performance and improvements

• 3+ years of management experience leading teams of 20 or more — retail, hospitality, food service, or similar
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Strong people leadership — you coach, hold people accountable, and build culture
• Comfortable owning financial performance — P&L, labor, and KPIs
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Grocery experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right leader

• $85,800 – $104,000 base salary, commensurate with experience

• 3 年以上管理经验，带领过 20 人以上团队（零售、餐饮、服务业均可）
• 普通话与英语均流利（口语及书面）
• 优秀的领导力——善于辅导员工、建立问责文化
• 具备财务管理意识，能够掌握并优化 P&L、人工及 KPI 数据
• 遇到压力时冷静、果断、以解决问题为导向
• 有超市或生鲜零售经验者优先，但非必须——我们会培训合适的管理人才
