We’re rolling out new systems across our sites. We need someone to make that land cleanly.
Not an IT role. An ownership role. You’ll map how our teams actually work onto new software, make sure training and SOPs are ready before go-live, and hold the single checklist that says whether each site is good to go. Then you’ll chase every input, decision and confirmation needed to tick it off; courteously, and relentlessly.
You’ll be brilliant at this if you:- Hold fifty moving parts in order without dropping one
- Chase people politely and never let anything go quiet
- Own the outcome, not just your task list
- Are curious about technology and keen to use AI to save yourself time
- Stay calm when the plan changes (it will)
Operations, practice management or project experience is welcome. Understanding of clinical workflows is the cherry on top.
