- To perform all start up checks for the line.
- To inform Chillers regarding priority of Jobs and keep them updated on any changes.
- To prepare and set up the machine efficiently.
- Train the chillers, check the chiller and machine hygiene. Inform all staff on the palletizer about the jobs ahead and give necessary instructions.
- To complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Continually check the minus sheet for any updates.
- Ensure additional fruit and packaging is ordered in a timely manner if the job increases.
- Ensure all packaging is removed from the Palletizer at the end of each job and is clean & tidy.
- Must report to the Packhouse Manager once all orders are complete.
- Basic level of English
- Previous experience working within a similar role within the fruit industry
