- Experience supervising teams of 10+ in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Lead and develop a 3rd shift production team.
- Drive cross‑training, skill development, and standardized work.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all policies and audits.
- Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and career development.
- Champion continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Support special projects and workflow enhancements for the VP of Operations.
3+ years in aerospace or manufacturing leadership.
ERP/MRP Experience (Infor Syteline Preferred).
Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read aerospace engineering documents.
This position requires access to export‑controlled information and all applicants must satisfy U.S. export control regulations with authorization to work in the U.S. Non‑U.S. persons would require an export license in order to work in our facility.
