Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm; overtime opportunities available
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00/hour

Aboutthe Role
As a Planner Scheduler, you'll transform customer purchase orders and engineering documents into clear, accurate production plans that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll influence how workflows through our 24/7 manufacturing facility, ensuring precision, compliance, and on-time delivery of aerospace components.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into details, identifying discrepancies, and creating order out of complex information - all while building skills that open doors to future advancement.
What You'll Do- Review all incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
- Create internal work orders and build production plans within our Syteline ERP system.
- Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and customer deadlines.
- Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with complete accuracy.
- Communicate directly with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
- Cross-train as a Certification Technician, ensuring all processes and documentation meet aerospace quality requirements.

- Experience in aerospace or the surface finishing industry is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year experience in a production or quality-related environment.
- Strong computer skills;
Microsoft Office required. - ERP system experience preferred (Syteline strongly preferred).
- Ability to interpret written purchase orders; blueprint reading a plus.
- Strong math, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English - including the ability to read written purchase orders and paperwork.
- Have a regular and dependable attendance record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- An export license may be required to work in all areas of the facility.
