We are currently hiring for multiple Aerospace CNC Machinists in Kent, WA, to join the team responsible for producing precision aerospace components. These are 6-12+ month W2 contract roles with the potential for extension. Overtime is encouraged, and you'll be working with state-of-the-art CNC machinery in a highly collaborative and quality-focused environment.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM | $46.67/hr W2

Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $48.79/hr W2

Overtime is available and encouraged.

Role Overview :
You'll work closely with a diverse team of machinists, NC programmers, and engineers to set up, operate, and maintain advanced CNC machinery. You'll help fabricate tight-tolerance, flight-critical parts for launch vehicles and spacecraft, directly impacting Blue Origin's missions.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and multi-axis lathes
Machining of aerospace-grade materials:
Inconel, Monel, titanium, copper, and aluminum
Ensure product quality and adherence to tight tolerances and GD&T standards
Collaborate with engineering on process documentation and optimization
Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Use of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and Mazatrol

Ideal Candidate Has:
5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-precision machining
Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994)

Experience with machines such as Mazak, Kuraki, Hermle, OM, or DMG Mori
Familiarity with CNC programming software such as Mastercam or Unigraphics NX
Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
