Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance
Shift: 9:30 PM-6:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $35.00 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes
- Repair or replace defective equipment components to restore functionality
- Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Partner with production teams to respond quickly to equipment issues
- Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practices
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems and tools
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
