Job Summary
We are seeking experienced aerospace TIG welders for our facility in Kent, WA. This role involves applying advanced welding processes to join sheet metal aircraft components. The position offers two swing shifts and two
-day shifts, providing flexibility to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities- Complete routine and advanced welding tasks using standard practices.
- Properly prepare weld surfaces.
- Interpret and follow written instructions, sketches, weld schedules, drawings, and documents.
- Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.
- Fit assemblies and repair some parts.
- Train others based on prior job experience.
- Regularly evaluate product quality for continuous improvement.
- Successfully complete the Exotic Metals TIG weld training program or have equivalent experience.
- Hold multiple basic Exotic Metals weld qualifications/certifications, including Fillet Welding as required.
- Meet or exceed operational standards for efficiency.
- Read and understand router operations, sketches, blueprints, and specifications as necessary.
- Possess basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and seek help when necessary.
- Move to various work areas easily with experience.
- Use mathematics relevant to welding functions.
- Familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments, and manual dexterity.
- Know when to stop and find appropriate interpretation when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a Welding Technology degree.
- Must be a citizen.
- Use of protective clothing, goggles, helmets with protective lenses, and other equipment to prevent burns and eye injuries.
- Perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and frequent movement of the whole body, such as climbing, lifting up to pounds, balancing, and handling materials.
- xs (Mon-Thurs).
- Swing Shift: :pm – am (-hour shifts Mon-Thurs).
- Day Shift: Early start at :am or am (-hour shifts Mon-Thurs).
