Head Baker - Washington USA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Washington. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month and is open to applicants of all levels and nationalities.

As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and meeting customer demands. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of bakers, creating a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

• Plan and organize daily production schedule based on orders and inventory.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings and icings according to recipes.
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring ingredients, equipment, maintenance and following baking standards.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train new employees on baking techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes for breads, pastries, cakes etc.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
