Job Overview
Shift: 1:30 PM-10:00 PM. Hourly rate: $23.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential. Reporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation operations across the facility with a primary focus on maintaining clean, safe, and food‑ready equipment and environments.
ScheduleWednesday through Sunday.
Responsibilities- Support packaging operations during production runs, including monitoring automated and manual lines and completing line checks.
- Rotate through multiple packaging and production roles throughout the shift.
- Package finished products to meet production and quality standards.
- Use pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support operations.
- Perform sanitation on processing and packaging equipment following food safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize freezers during defrost cycles.
- Clean equipment, tools, and work areas using approved chemicals, foamers, nozzles, and high‑pressure hoses.
- Operate scissor lifts or stair rollers to clean elevated equipment and surfaces.
- Document sanitation activities and report concerns to the Sanitation Team Leader.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a sanitation, manufacturing, or food production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and cleaning chemicals.
- Willingness to work an onsite schedule from Wednesday through Sunday.
- Willingness to cross‑train on the packaging line as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
