Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster – Hiring Now

Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Starting at $24.06/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
• 1st shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm / $0.75/hr shift premium
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am / $1.50/hr shift premium
• Must be willing to train on any shift.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday;
  Saturday required during busy season or as needed.
• Shift availability is subject to change.

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines.
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime.
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, and other requirements safely.

• 5+ years of envelope machine adjusting experience.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances.
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable.

• Must stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and glue.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold conditions and remain alert around equipment.
