We are a small, team-oriented manufacturing company in Kent working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined with an eye for detail — dependable, with a strong work ethic, able to be on their feet all day, and a team player.

• Deburr parts as required.
• Provide backup and support of all machine shop functions.
• Read, comprehend, and follow instructions/work orders.

• MACHINIST III REQUIREMENTS
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines and tooling in accordance with drawings or programs.
• Attention to details.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen (strict NOFORN policy enforced by our customers).
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Able to work full-time.
• Organized; able to manage time efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• MACHINING OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS
• One year of work-related experience using metalworking machinery in a manufacturing environment.

• On-the-job training as it applies to this position.

• Constant exposure to machine operation and related environments.
• Exposure to chemicals such as machine coolants, solvents, oils, and anti-seize compounds.
• Work with machinery with moving parts and exposure to grease/oils.

• Safety glasses and other PPE as required.

• Problem-solving skills; verbal communications skills.
• Use verbal skills to communicate with co-workers.
• Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios.
