We’re a growing, custom stainless-steel fabrication team serving restaurants, hospitals, schools, casinos, correctional facilities, and commercial food service operations across the Pacific Northwest. If you thrive on precision, variety, and craftsmanship—not repetitive production—we want to meet you.
What you’ll handle
Interpret fabrication drawings and shop blueprints to plan work and verify final dimensions
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form custom stainless-steel and other sheet metals
Execute one-off and short-run setups with efficient, accurate results
Select appropriate tooling and establish smart bend sequences for each job Confirm bend allowances, inspect parts, and hold tight tolerances
Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and protractors
Troubleshoot setups and fine-tune programs or adjustments to improve outcomes
Partner closely with welders, fabricators, and shop personnel to keep projects moving
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Safely lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds
What you bring2+ years of hands-on press brake experience
Background forming stainless steel and other sheet metal materials
Ability to confidently read and understand fabrication drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
Reliability, punctuality, and pride in quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills
Willingness to obtain forklift, industrial safety, and CPR certifications after hire Bonus pointsCNC press brake programming and advanced setup
Experience in custom fabrication (non-production environments)
Precision sheet metal manufacturing know-how Stainless-steel fabrication expertise

Press Brake (CNC)
Proficiencies: equipment troubleshooting, CNC machine setup & changeover, machine setups for production runs, tooling/die/mold setup, blueprint reading, manufacturing environment experience, and basic computer literacy
