Position: Industrial Seamstress

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: Starting at $23/hour

Experience: 1 year of experience operating single- and/or double-needle industrial JUKI machines is required.

Type: Full-time;
Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (Ability to work OT as needed)

Logic Staffing is seeking an Industrial Seamstress to join our team!

Job Description:

Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, reinforce, and assemble fabric or materials according to specifications.

Inspect finished products for quality to ensure they meet production standards.

Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, or technical drawings to ensure proper construction of garments or products.

Cut fabric or materials to size using appropriate tools and machines.

Identify and resolve minor sewing machine issues or material defects to maintain production flow.

Repair protective fire gear as needed.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Move inventory to various locations using manual methods or equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts.

Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
