We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Washington. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

You must have at least 5 years of experience as a baker, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for eligible candidates.
