Conagra Brands is hiring a Machine Operator to safely run high-speed packaging and processing equipment in our manufacturing facility. You'll set up, operate, and adjust machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and complete quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, completing changeovers, following safety and sanitation procedures, and accurate documentation. You'll work closely with maintenance and quality teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and diverse perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and packaging machines
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to resolve minor issues
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and documentation standards
- Complete line changeovers and adjustments according to production schedules
- Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures in a food manufacturing environment
- Accurately record production data and downtime in required systems or forms
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment and product issues
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5
- S/LEAN activities on the production floor
