Mix Operator

Conagra Brands is seeking a Mix Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor industrial mixing and batching equipment to produce high-quality food products. You will read and follow formulas and batch sheets, accurately measure and load ingredients, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with food safety standards. The Mix Operator maintains a clean, safe work area, follows all GMP and safety procedures, troubleshoots minor equipment issues, and collaborates with production and quality teams in our fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and batching equipment per production schedule
• Read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and standard operating procedures
• Measure, load, and verify ingredients to ensure accurate mix ratios
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results
• Adjust equipment settings to maintain product consistency and throughput
• Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area according to sanitation standards
• Communicate equipment issues and production variances to supervisors and maintenance
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
