We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate

The Laminator is responsible for performing composite layup and lamination processes according to manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, and Standard Work Instructions (SWI). • Lay up composite materials on mandrels according to manufacturing plans and work instructions.
• Wrap molds with composite materials in preparation for curing and production processes.
• Verify manufacturing documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the correct materials are selected and utilized according to production requirements.
• Confirm part identification tags and complete required documentation.
• Follow production schedules and established takt times.
• Communicate quality concerns, schedule issues, and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.

• Entry-level position; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is located within a structured aerospace manufacturing facility where safety, precision, and quality are top priorities. Team members work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet daily production goals and customer requirements.
