Grace Fellowship of Kent in Kent, Washington, is seeking a Pastor to serve as a vital member of the elder board. This servant leader will collaborate within the elder structure, focusing on impartial care, nurturing growth, engaging diverse believers, and fostering effective communication within the congregation.

Located in Kent with easy access to the amenities of Seattle, the community offers the best of a smaller city with well‑established infrastructure and a range of outdoor activities.

• Collaborate with the elder board to provide spiritual guidance and leadership.
• Preach and teach biblical teachings to deepen the congregation’s relationship with God.
• Motivate and inspire individuals through a visionary approach.
• Develop and lead volunteer teams for outreach, community involvement, and disciple‑making.
• Engage in practical pastoral duties and embody a missional mindset focused on growth, development, and impact within the church community.

• Strong capability to develop and lead volunteers.

Position Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $
