We are a private practice in search of a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 year(s) of primary care experience.
At Onestop Medical we are trying to change the approach to healthcare. Our focus is on building longstanding and trustworthy relationships with our patients through shorter wait times for appointment scheduling, thorough and timely communication of diagnostic testing, and providing excellent patient care at every visit.
Duties and Responsibilities- Function within their designated scope of practice, complete detailed history and physical examinations, place orders and referrals, interpret results of diagnostic tests, prescribe and dispense medications as appropriate, for both in person and telehealth appointments.
- Develop treatment plans and provide anticipatory guidance, screening, and health education to patients to promote and maintain health.
- Communicate with patients regarding lab results, advice, follow-up instructions, and referrals.
- Promote positive patient relations while maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and dignity.
- Participate in health promotion and clinic marketing events.
- Work independently and as a team with exceptional problem‑solving skills.
- Maintain active licensure, certification, and continuing education, without disciplinary action.
- Communicate regularly with clinic administration and actively participate in team meetings for effective problem solving and communication.
- Perform the above job description and functions and other duties as assigned by the clinic Medical Director under minimal supervision.
- Routinely and appropriately use technology provided by the organization to manage clinical practice and communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
- Actively work to solve problems/improve systems in a constructive thorough manner.
- Focus on patient needs and quality while actively encouraging others to do so as well.
- Provide positive, constructive leadership for the care team.
- Enable and encourage others to participate and achieve a high level of performance.
- Maintain a productive work schedule, meeting the clinic's productivity guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellence in behavior, problem solving of complaints, respect, and courtesy.
- Quickly synthesize medical data and formulate effective and evidence‑based clinical recommendations.
- Communicate pertinent patient information in a thorough and timely manner.
- Multitask and effectively delegate, balancing administrative responsibilities with clinic flow needs.
- Promote positive patient relations while maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and dignity.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Maintain a positive, flexible, and solution‑focused attitude.
- Master's or DNP degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed as an ARNP in Washington state.
- DEA licensure with prescriptive authority.
- Board certification required.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience providing professional clinical services, preferable in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate commitment to issues around diversity and social justice.
- Active CPR/BLS for providers certification.
- Geriatric training/experience (preferred).
- Bilingual – Hindi, Punjabi, and/or Spanish (preferred).
