• Drive evidence-based practice, staff education, and clinical consultation across inpatient oncology, infusion, and ambulatory pathways.
• Spearhead quality initiatives that strengthen symptom management, chemotherapy safety, survivorship, and navigation.
• Guide accreditation readiness and policy development aligned with national oncology standards.
