The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Infusion Cancer Center will report to a seasoned Director of Oncology Services while partnering closely with medical oncologists, pharmacists, advanced practice providers, navigators, social workers, and a friendly, highly collaborative team of infusion RNs. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, staffing and scheduling, budgets, throughput, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness (ONS standards, USP /, Joint Commission), while advancing evidence-based protocols, central line safety, chemotherapy competencies, and patient-centered workflows.

The Nurse Manager will mentor a diverse nursing team, champion professional development and certification, drive process improvement and service recovery, and cultivate a supportive, inclusive culture where every discipline thrives together.
