Hourly wage range: $24.32 - $33.44 USD (approximately $49K - $67K annually)

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of serological protein electrophoresis (SPE) results.
• Manage donor adverse events and review laboratory test results.
• Notify donors of unsuitable test results and refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs when necessary.
• Follow SOPs for medical emergencies and assist in donor transport to emergency care facilities.
• Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate further evaluation with occupational health/ER.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements.
• Current license or certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Completion of FDA approved training for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Hourly Wage
: $24.32 - $33.44 USD
