Description:
Lincoln Hospital & Clinics is seeking an experienced PRN Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Emergency Department team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing rural emergency medicine while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Rural medicine offers the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum emergency care with access to a strong network of resources, including:
* Rapid laboratory turnaround times
* Advanced imaging services
* Visiting Cardiology
* General Surgery
* Orthopedic Surgery
* Pain Management
* Physical Therapy
* Behavioral Health All hospital and clinic locations utilize
** Epic
* * as our electronic medical record (EMR).
** Position Details
*** Contract (1099) or employment available

* Schedule:
** Approximately
** one day per week
*** Day of the week is flexible and will be determined collaboratively based on department and provider availability.
** Essential Responsibilities
*** Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
* Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
* Consult with physicians and specialists as appropriate to ensure optimal patient care.
* Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
* Document patient evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, treatments, education, referrals, consultations, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and evidence-based standards of care.
** Qualifications
* ** Current Washington State license as a
** Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
** or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
* Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
* Current ACLS certification.
* Current ATLS and PALS certifications (or equivalent).
* Previous Emergency Department experience is required.
* Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
