Pay Rate: $40/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality endoscopy services, working closely with physicians to provide patient sedation, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe, efficient care environment.

• Pre-Procedure Assessment & Preparation:
  Review patient medical history, prepare the procedural room and equipment, and verify all pre-procedure requirements and informed consent prior to the start of the endoscopy.
• Patient Sedation & Administration:
  Administer procedural sedation and medications as directed by the physician, closely monitoring the patient's level of consciousness and physiological response throughout the procedure.
• Intra-Procedural Monitoring & Assistance:
  Continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs, airway, and cardiac status. Assist the physician with endoscopic procedures and specimen handling.
• Post-Procedure Recovery:
  Manage patient recovery, monitor for any post-sedation or post-procedure complications, and provide clear discharge instructions to the patient and their family.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Accurately and thoroughly document patient assessments, medication administration, and procedure interventions in the medical record. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and facility policies.

  Communicate effectively with physicians, surgical technicians, and clinical staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on endoscopy experience.
• Certifications:
  
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Licensure:
  Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
