Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing for its long-term care program. The DON will lead nursing operations, ensuring safe, person-centered, and regulatory-compliant care for residents. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical practice standards, staffing and scheduling, quality improvement, and infection prevention. This role supports faith-based, mission-driven care focusing on health equity and service to underserved neighbors.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, establish benchmarks, and direct staff
• Recruit, select, hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and supervise nursing staff
• Direct care provided by nursing staff
• Manage department budget
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
